WE ARE FAMOUS FOR CARVING MEAT AT YOUR TABLE, NON-STOP. Since we fired up our rotisseries in 2005, we have been perfecting the craft of serving meat to our guests using traditional Southern Brazilian roasting & serving techniques. Rodizio service is the type of service we offer at Carnaval. Originating in Southern Brazil, most notably in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Gauchos serving meat & carving their meats table side has grown to become America's favorite way to enjoy the excellent cuts of Beef, Pork, Chicken & Lamb that we offer.

Such a beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The food & the service is excellent! My favorite is the roasted pineapple - it's AMAZING! Also love the Guaraná ANTARCTICA [Brazilian ginger ale].

Honestly, everything exceeded high expectations. Everything was perfect for our anniversary and our waitress Angie was extremely friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience.Also, best roasted pineapple I've ever had 😍

No dress code other than common sense things such as shirt, shoes, and most pants/skirt. People show up in all sorts of attire.

Huge buffet , but dont overdue it on salads , when every 2 mins or so you have delicious meats AND shrimp being delivered... no dress code but its dress up worthy
